摘要
综合管廊是城市基础设施现代化的重要标志,其防震性能受到各界的重视。基于此,为了对综合管廊防震性能进行量化研究,同时也为给综合管廊设计部门以及政府规划部门提供科学的设计依据和独特的规划视角,本文结合韧性概念提出了防震视角下综合管廊韧性评价方法。该方法基于防震视角,以韧性的四个基本特征为切入点,将德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合,对韧性指标体系及其权重进行确定,建立了防震视角下综合管廊韧性评价体系。并将该评价体系应用到哈尔滨市综合管廊工程项目实例中,结果表明:哈尔滨市哈东路段综合管廊韧性表现优异;综合管廊的防震性能可以通过建立韧性指标评价体系的方法加以量化研究;韧性思维在综合管廊建设领域是适用的。
Utility tunnel is an important symbol of the modernization of urban infrastructure,and its earthquake prevention performance has been concerned by all circles.Based on this,in order to quantitatively study the earthquake prevention performance of the utility tunnel,and to provide scientific design basis and unique planning perspective for the utility tunnel design department and the government planning department,this paper proposes an evaluation method of the resilience of the utility tunnel under the perspective of earthquake prevention in combination with the concept of resilience.The method is based on the perspective of earthquake prevention to take the four basic characteristics as the breakthrough point,combines Delphi method with AHP to determine resilience index system and its weight and to establish the utility tunnel resilience evaluation system under the perspective of earthquake prevention.The evaluation system is applied to Harbin utility tunnel project,and the results show that the resilience of the Hadong Road section of Harbin utility tunnel performance is excellent,the earthquake prevention performance of the utility tunnel can be quantitatively studied by establishing the method of resilience index evaluation system,and the resilience thinking is applicable in the field of utility tunnel construction.
