摘要
以建设工程总承包人自愿提供为前提的尽善履约行为是驱动项目价值增值的核心动力,根据计划行为理论,尽善履约行为的产生取决于承包人尽善履约行为意愿,然而目前鲜有对尽善履约行为意愿的研究。本研究以计划行为理论为分析框架,通过个人深度访谈和焦点小组访谈结合,运用扎根理论的研究方法,归纳出中国工程管理情境下总承包人尽善履约行为意愿的影响因素。研究结果从心理层面阐释了承包人尽善履约意愿产生的机理,为发包人对承包人履约行为的控制与引导提供了理论依据,也为后期对承包人履约行为的研究奠定了基础。
The voluntary perfect performance behavior provided by the general contractor is the core driving force of the value added of the project.According to the theory of planned behavior,the behavior depends on the contractor's willingness to perform good.At present,there are few studies in this field.Based on the theory of planned behavior,through the combination of in-depth interviews and focus group interviews,using the method of grounded theory,this paper concludes the factors affecting the perfect performance willingness of the contractors in the situation of Chinese project management.The results explain the mechanism of the contractor's perfect performance willingness from the psychological level,which provides a theoretical basis for the owner to control and guide the contractor's performance behavior.It also lays a foundation for the later study of the contractor's performance.
