摘要 随着城市道路拥堵问题的不断加重,城市轨道交通建设需求日益迫切。分包商的施工绿色程度及质量决定着轨道交通工程目标的实现,与高品质分包商进行战略合作是实现目标的关键。通过建立分包商资源池选择培育合作分包商,再根据合作分包商的工作绩效确定是否选入战略合作体系。在考虑轨道交通工程特点的基础上,建立以绿色、高质量施工为准则的绩效评价指标体系。然后建立基于G1法和物元可拓模型的分包商绩效评价模型,对其进行评价,评价等级为良好及以上的分包商选入战略合作体系。最后通过实例分析验证了评价模型的可行性与可靠性,为战略合作分包商的培育与选择工作提供一定的借鉴。 With the increasing congestion of urban roads,the demand for urban rail transit construction is becoming increasingly urgent.The green degree and quality of subcontractor's construction determine the realization of rail transit project objectives.Strategic cooperation with high-quality subcontractors is the key to achieve the objectives.Through the establishment of subcontractor resource pool selection and cultivation of cooperative subcontractors,and then according to the work performance of cooperative subcontractors,the paper determines whether to choose a strategic cooperation system.Considering the characteristics of rail transit projects,a performance evaluation index system based on green and high quality construction is established.Then,a sub-contractor performance evaluation model based on G1 method and matter-element extension model is established and evaluated.The sub-contractors with good rating and above are selected into the strategic cooperation system.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the evaluation model are verified by an example analysis,which can provide some reference for the cultivation and selection of strategic cooperation subcontractors.
