摘要
BIM信息对BIM应用效益有重要影响,在文献研究的基础上,总结三类BIM应用关键信息:构件物理信息、构件工程信息和构件过程信息,然后通过问卷调查获得289份有效数据,采用PLS-SEM方法分析构件物理信息、构件工程信息和构件过程信息与BIM效益的关系。结果显示,构件工程信息、构件物理信息和构件过程信息与BIM效益的路径系数依次为0.484,0.279,0.136。对BIM效益具有促进作用的主要信息是构件工程信息和构件物理信息,构件过程信息虽对BIM效益也有影响但不明显。在BIM实践中,应注意构件工程信息和构件物理信息的应用,并积极探索构件过程信息的应用模式。
BIM information has an important impact on BIM application benefits.Based on literature research,three types of BIM application key information are summarized: object physical information,object engineering information and object process information.Then 289 valid data obtained through questionnaire survey are used to analyze by PLS-SEM to clarify the relationship between component physical information,component engineering information and component process information and BIM benefits.The results show that the path coefficients of component engineering information,component physical information,component process information and BIM benefits are 0.484,0.279 and 0.136 respectively.The main information that promotes BIM benefits are component engineering information and component physical information.And object process information has little impact on BIM benefits.In BIM practice,attention should be paid to the application of component engineering information and component physical information,and the application mode of component process information should be actively explored.
