澳英美高校教学跟踪改善系统评介 被引量:1

摘要 建立科学完善的教学跟踪改善系统是高校内涵式发展、不断提升自身教育质量的必然选择。与西方国家相比,我国在此领域的研究时间短,缺少经验。通过对澳大利亚西悉尼大学、英国哈德斯菲尔德大学、美国克利夫兰州立大学三所高校的教学跟踪改善系统的评介,分析他们在跟踪问卷、反馈体系、改进效果等方面各自的优势,并总结每个案例的借鉴意义。最后,通过对比和反思,得出我国高校应坚持系统设计、横向兼容、纵向创新、因地制宜的四个原则,创建长效且高效的教学跟踪改善系统。 Establishing a scientific and perfect teaching tracking and improvement system is an inevitable choice for a university to develop intensively and continuously improve their educational quality.Compared with western countries,the research in this field in China has a short time and lacks experience.Firstly,this paper has an introduction and an evaluation of University of Western Sydney in Australia,Huddersfield University in the UK,and the Cleveland State University in the United States.Secondly,it analyzes their respective advantages in tracking questionnaires,feedback system and reform effect,and summarizes the different reference significance of each case.Finally,it is concluded that Chinese universities should adhere to the four principles of system design,lateral compatibility,vertical innovation and local conditions,to create a long-term and efficient teaching tracking and improving system.
