半夏厚朴汤治疗脾胃病适宜性探析

Analysis of the suitability of Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease

半夏厚朴汤最早载于《金匮要略》,用于治疗妇人气郁痰阻之梅核气。通过临床跟诊学习和文献研究发现,半夏厚朴汤对多种脾胃病有较好的临床疗效,现从理论研究、组方分析、现代应用及药理研究等方面探讨半夏厚朴汤治疗脾胃病的适宜性。

Banxia Houpu decoction was first loaded in the Golden chamber,in order to treatment qi stagnation and phlegm obstructing type plum kernel gas of women.Through clinical follow-up study and literature study,it is found that Banxia Houpu decoction has a good clinical curative effect on many kinds of spleen and stomach diseases.The suitability of Banxia Houpu decoction in treating spleen and stomach diseases is discussed from the aspects of theoretical research,composition analysis,modern application and pharmacological research.
