转型时期地方高校青年教师提升教学能力的路径研究--以通化师范学院为例

Research on the Path of Improving Young Teachers'Teaching Ability in Local Universities in the Transitional Period--Take Tonghua Normal University as an Example

高校青年教师教学能力的提升是我国转型期高等教育质量提高的关键和保障。本文以通化师范学院为例通过分析该校中青年师资队伍现状找出存在的教学能力问题,有针对性地分析和解决转型时期作为地方高校应该如何提升青年教师教学能力。

The improvement of the teaching ability of young college teachers is the key and guarantee for the improvement of the quality of higher education in the transitional period of our country.Taking Tonghua Teachers College as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the young and middle-aged teachers in Tonghua Teachers College to find out the existing problems of teaching ability,and analyzes and solves the problems of how to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in the transitional period.
