How to do Well the Work of Head Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

基于高职院校的特殊性,受专业、招生和就业等现实情况的影响,各高职院校开始狠抓内涵建设,以本院校为例,为提高学院的整体服务水平,首当其冲的便是提升班主任的管理工作。从了解学生、规范制度、培养学生的自我管理能力、教育学生明确学习目的、端正态度等多方面入手,培养为社会各方面服务的应用型技术人才。

Based on the particularity of Higher Vocational colleges,influenced by the reality of specialty,enrollment and employment,higher vocational colleges began to pay close attention to the connotation construction.Taking this college as an example,in order to improve the overall service level of the college,the first thing to be done is to improve the management of class teachers.From understanding the students,standardizing the system,cultivating students'self-management ability,educating students to clarify the purpose of learning,correct attitude and other aspects,to train applied technical personnel for all aspects of society.
