翻译伦理视域下我国非物质文化遗产外宣翻译中的译者主体性探析——以徽州民歌的英译为例

A Study on Translators’ Subjectivity in the International Publicity of Intangible Cultural Heritage from the Perspective of Translation Ethics——Taking English Translation of Huizhou Folk Songs as an Example

在我国“文化走出去”背景下,我国非物质文化遗产的外宣翻译举足轻重。如何在目的语世界再现我国非物质文化遗产的语言文化已成为翻译界研究的重要课题。鉴于翻译伦理对译者翻译实践活动的指导作用,文章以翻译伦理为视角,从再现伦理、交际伦理、规范伦理三种伦理模式出发,以我国非物质文化遗产中的代表徽州民歌的英译为实例,探讨了译者主体性的发挥体现于遵守上述三种翻译伦理模式,即追求对原作忠诚的再现伦理、实现跨文化交流的交际伦理和彰显以目的语读者阅读期待为取向的规范伦理,以期对我国非物质文化遗产的翻译研究有所裨益。

Translation for international publicity of intangible cultural heritage plays an important role under the background of“going out of culture”in China.How to reproduce language and culture of intangible cultural heritage in the target language has become an important subject studied in the translation circle.In view of the guiding role of translation ethics for translators’translation practice,from the perspective of translation ethics,starting from the three ethical models of representation ethics,communication ethics and norm-based ethics,this paper takes the English translation of Huizhou folk songs as an example to explore how translators’subjectivity can be embodied in complying with the three ethical models,namely pursuing the representation ethics of faithful reproduction of the original works,achieving the communication ethics of cross-cultural exchanges and displaying the norm-based ethics oriented towards target language readers’reading expectations,aiming at benefiting the translation study of intangible cultural heritage in China.
