糖尿病母亲婴儿早期血糖监测与临床分析

Monitoring and clinical analysis of early blood glucose in infants with diabetic mothers

目的探讨糖尿病母亲婴儿早期血糖监测的意义。方法选取2000例糖尿病母亲婴儿作为观察组,同期健康母亲婴儿2000例作为对照组。观察组婴儿出生后回产科病房,并进行早期血糖监测。对比观察组婴儿各时间点血糖水平以及两组并发症发生情况。结果观察组婴儿出生后1 h的血糖水平为(2.19±0.20)mmol/L,显著低于出生后2、6、12、24 h的(2.36±0.24)、(2.57±0.22)、(2.75±0.30)、(2.97±0.27)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组小于胎龄儿、大于胎龄儿、低血糖以及窒息发生率分别为12.50%、25.00%、27.50%、15.00%,明显高于对照组的0、0.10%、0、2.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病母亲婴儿早期应加强血糖监测,便于及时发现并对症处理低血糖。

Abstract To discuss the significance of early blood glucose monitoring and clinical analysis of infants with diabetic mothers. Methods There were 2000 infants with diabetic mothers as observation group, and 2000 infants of healthy mothers as control group. The infants of observation group was returned to the obstetric ward after birth and monitored their blood glucose in the early stage. The blood glucose at each time points in observation group, and the occurrence of complications in two groups was compared and observed. Results The observation group had significantly lower blood glucose at 1 h after birth as (2.19±0.20) mmol/L than (2.36±0.24),(2.57±0.22),(2.75±0.30) and (2.97±0.27) mmol/L at 2, 6, 12 and 24 h after birth, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously higher incidence of less than gestational age infants, more than gestational age infants, hypoglycemia and asphyxia respectively as 12.50%, 25.00%, 27.50% and 15.00% than 0, 0.10%, 0 and 2.50% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Infants with diabetic mothers should strengthen blood glucose monitoring in the early stage for timely detection and symptomatic treatment of hypoglycemia.
