脑卒中患者心理功能的改善对言语功能状况的影响

Effect of improvement of mental function on speech function in stroke patients

目的了解脑卒中患者心理功能的改善对言语功能状况的影响,为提高言语康复效果提供帮助。方法60例脑卒中伴失语患者,随机分为心理康复治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均按照常规给予药物以及言语康复治疗,在此基础上,心理康复治疗组应用心理康复治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后言语功能。结果心理康复治疗组患者治疗前中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查(CRRCAE)评分为(6.6±2.8)分,治疗后为(130.0±23.0)分;对照组患者治疗前CRRCAE评分为(7.2±3.4)分,治疗后为(68.0±14.0)分。治疗后,两组患者CRRCAE评分均高于本组治疗前,且心理康复治疗组患者CRRCAE评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中伴失语患者心理功能的改善有助于言语功能的恢复,对言语功能康复提供了治疗依据。

Objective To understand the effect of improvement of mental function on speech function in stroke patients, so as to provide help for improving speech rehabilitation effect. Methods A total of 60 stroke patients with aphasia were randomly divided into psychological rehabilitation treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional drugs and speech rehabilitation therapy, on its basis, psychological rehabilitation treatment group received psychological rehabilitation therapy. The speech function before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results Psychological rehabilitation treatment group had China Rehabilitation Research Center aphasia examination (CRRCAE) score as (6.6±2.8) points before treatment and (130.0±23.0) points after treatment. The control group had CRRCAE score as (7.2±3.4) points before treatment, and (68.0±14.0) points after treatment. After treatment, both groups had higher CRRCAE score than those before treatment, and psychological rehabilitation treatment group was higher than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement of psychological function of stroke patients with aphasia helps to the recovery of speech function and provides a basis for of speech function rehabilitation.
