摘要
目的研究活血驱风止痛膏药水浸法“去火毒”的工艺效果。方法采用纯化水浸渍黑膏药,用中国药典纯化水检查指标检测浸渍水的变化情况,评价“去火毒”效果。结果在检测的12个项目中,除易氧化物、电导率有明显的变化外,其余10项指标无明显变化。膏药与浸渍水1∶4的比例,换水1次/d,浸渍第4天, 1∶6的比例浸渍第3天,浸渍水的易氧化物检测与纯化水基本相同。结论黑膏药水浸法“去火毒”的效果良好,增加浸渍水的比例,可减少浸渍天数,省时、省物、省工,提高效率。
Objective To study the technological effect of water immersion of Huoxue Qufeng Zhitong plaster for“ releasing fire-toxin”. Methods Black plaster was impregnated by purified water. The change of impregnation water was detected with the purified water test index of Chinese pharmacopoeia, and the effect of “releasing fire-toxin” was evaluated. Results Among the 12 items tested, there were no significant changes in the other 10 items except the oxidizable and conductivity. The water was changed once a day. The 4th day of the ratio of the plaster to the impregnated water was 1∶4, and the 3rd day of the ratio of the plaster to the impregnated water was 1∶6, the detection of the easy oxides in the impregnated water was basically the same as that in the purified water. Conclusion The effect of black plaster water immersion“ releasing fire-toxin” is good. Increasing the proportion of impregnation water can reduce days of impregnation, save time, materials and labor, and improve efficiency.
