摘要
平面机构结构公式是《机械设计基础》课程的重要内容,本文针对相关教材习题中平面机构自由度计算题的计算结果与机构实际运动情况不相符现象进行综合分析,厘清机构自由度计算的初衷和本质,提出解决问题的思路和方法,有益于读者全面掌握机构自由度计算方法和工程应用,避免机构设计与创新时出错。
Structural Formula of Planar Mechanism is an important content in the course Basics of Mechanical Design.In this paper,the calculation results of the degree of freedom of the planar mechanism in the exercises of related teaching materials are analyzed comprehensively,and the original intention and essence of the calculation of the degree of freedom of the mechanism are clarified,the thinking methods and solution to this problem are put forward,these are helpful for readers to fully grasp the calculation methods and engineering application so as to avoid the mistakes in mechanical design and innovation.
