培养音乐剧人才的成功途径--学生版音乐剧《妈妈再爱我一次》获奖启示

Successful way to cultivate talents of musical drama--the enlightenment of student musical My Beloved(Mother Love Me Once Again)

我校表演学院以音乐剧《妈妈再爱我一次》作为教学剧目,不仅在全国大学生校园戏剧节获得了殊荣,也探索了一条培养音乐剧表演人才的新路——校企深度合作,文教结合,协同创新;以项目制为抓手进行教学,面向社会公开演出。首先要选择思想性、艺术性、观赏性都强的、获得市场认可的、难度适当的成熟剧目;根据演出要求加强形体、声乐和表演基本功训练;请成功饰演剧中人物的专业演员一对一带教,可以先从模仿拷贝入门,让学生由外而内地进入角色,较快学会塑造人物。

The musical My Beloved performed by SIVA Drama School as a teaching-oriented play has not only won awards in the National College Student Drama Festival,but also explored a new way to cultivate musical performing talents-in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,combination of culture and education,and collaborative innovation;The school should carry out project-based teaching and society-oriented public performance.While choosing the play,we should first choose those mature and thought-provoking ones with high artistic quality,aesthetic value,market recognition and an appropriate level of difficulty.Performers should enhance physical,vocal and performance basic skill training according to the performing requirements.Besides,we should invite professional performers who have successfully played the role in the drama to teach students on a oneto-one basis,and students could begin from imitating the copy version,and get into the character outside-in so as to learn to shape the character quickly.
