初中英语分层教学探讨

摘要 每一个初中学生都是一个独立的个体,对于知识的理解能力各有不同,因此掌握程度也就不同。在传统的教学方法之中,没有考虑到不同学生的实际差异,采用一刀切的方法,导致了成绩好的学生总感觉意犹未尽,学困生则是难以真正学习到知识。对于这种情况,分层教学法可以有效地进行改善。作为一个有效教学方法,分层教学法应用于教学中可对不同学生间的差异予以尊重,从而使全部学生在参与教学活动时均可得到显著进步。同时,因为分层教学法针对不同层次的学生学习内容上会有所差异,可以让不同层次的学生的学习需求都得到满足。为此,教师应深入研究分层教学,将其有效运用于初中英语教学中,促进学生英语水平的提高。在文中主要就从教育对象、教学目标、课堂提问、作业布置这几个方面探讨了分层教学法在初中英语教学中的应用。 each junior middle school student is an independent individual, and the ability to understand knowledge is different, so the degree of mastery is different. In the traditional teaching methods, there is no consideration of the actual differences between different students. The method of one size fits all causes the students with good grades to feel the whole sense, and the students of learning difficulties are hard to learn the knowledge. In this case, the stratified teaching method can be effectively improved. As an effective teaching method, the application of stratified teaching method in teaching can respect the differences among different students, so that all students can get significant progress when they participate in the teaching activities. At the same time, because the stratified teaching method is different from the different levels of the students' learning content, the students' learning needs at different levels can be met. Therefore, teachers should deeply study stratified teaching and apply it effectively to junior high school English teaching, so as to improve students' English level. This paper mainly discusses the application of stratified teaching method in junior middle school English teaching from the aspects of educational objects, teaching objectives, classroom questioning and homework arrangement.
