摘要
随着中国民航业的蓬勃发展及其与国际民航的频繁交流,民航翻译逐渐显示出其重要作用。在民航翻译中,飞机的机型手册翻译是专业性很强的一个领域,其中的专业术语尤其需要引起译者的重视。本文根据译者翻译A320机型操作手册的实践,总结出其中的术语翻译,探讨机型手册术语翻译的原则,旨在为机型手册术语翻译的规范化提供借鉴。
With the vigorous development of China’s civil aviation and the frequent exchanges with international civil aviation, civil aviation translation has gradually shown its important status. In terms of civil aviation, the translation of aircraft related manuals is a very professional field, in which the terminology in particular shall arouse the translators’ attention. Based on the author’s experience gained from translating the Operating Manual of A320 Aircraft, this paper summarizes the terminologies and discusses the principles of translating them. It aims to provide reference for the standardization of the terminology translation of aircraft related manuals.
