摘要
虽然我军士官教员队伍建设还处于起步阶段,但外军较为成熟的士官制度和士官教员的使用经验,以及我军士官制度的不断完善和士官能力素质的不断提高,都为我军士官教员队伍建设提供了发展的可能。本文从不同角度进行分析,阐述了建立一支素质过硬士官教员队伍的可行性,希望对建设强有力的士官教员队伍可以起到理论指导作用。
Although the construction of the ranks of our military sergeant instructors is still in its infancy, the relatively mature non-commissioned non-commissioned officers system and the experience of the use of non-commissioned officers as well as the continuous improvement of our non-commissioned officer system and the continuous improvement of the quality of non-commissioned officers are all our military officers. The construction of a faculty team provides possibilities for development. This article analyzes from different angles and elaborates the feasibility of establishing a contingent of highly qualified noncommissioned officers. It can play a theoretical guiding role in building a strong non-commissioned officer team.
