随着人工智能技术的飞速发展,自动驾驶汽车产业也在不断改变着人类的出行方式。自动驾驶汽车非常依赖环境数据的搜集与处理,由此带来的对于数据隐私与安全的担忧将伴随着技术的进步与普及而凸显,引发诸多的社会问题。欧美等域外国家在保护个人信息方面制定了较为完善的规定,成为我国未来发展的借鉴和范本。我国自动驾驶汽车产业起步晚,但存在后发优势,紧跟自动驾驶研发热潮。文章立足于我国国情,对自动驾驶中的个人信息保护进行探讨,力求为自动驾驶汽车的发展提出些许有益的思路。

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the automated driving automotive industry is constantly changing the way people travel.Automated driving cars rely on the collection and processing of environmental data,and the concerns raised regarding data privacy and security will be highlighted along with the progress and popularity of technology.USA and Europe have formulated relatively complete legislative examples in the protection of personal information and have become a model and reference for China’s future legislation.China's automated driving cars’industry started lately,but it’s also a advantage.Although the legal regulation of the protection of personal information for autonomous driving is not perfect,the legislators have begun to formulate relevant laws.Based on China's national conditions,the article discusses the protection of personal information in autonomous driving through comparative research,and strives to provide some useful ideas for future legislative activities.
