环孢素软胶囊治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床效果刍议

Clinical Observation of Cyclosporine Soft Capsule in the Treatment of Aplastic Anemia

目的探究再生障碍性贫血患者采用环孢素软胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法纳入的76例再生障碍性贫血患者都来自该院2015年5月-2018年5月这一期间,并按照数字表法分为2组,对比组采用司坦唑醇治疗,实验组在对比组前提下加用环孢素软胶囊治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果、血常规指标变化与不良反应发生率进行对比。结果对比组患者治疗总有效率63.16%,低于实验组患者的84.21%(χ^2=4.342 9,P=0.037 2);治疗前两组患者白细胞计数、血红蛋白与血小板水平的对比(t1=0.414 7,P1=0.679 6;t2=0.019 8,P2=0.984 2;t3=0.195 9,P3=0.845 2);治疗后对比组与实验组患者白细胞计数、血红蛋白与血小板水平明显比治疗前高(t1=9.761 6,P1=0.0000;t2=5.986 7,P2=0.000 0;t3=12.277 6,P3=0.000 0;t1’=16.948 8,P1’=0.000 0;t2’=9.609 9,P2’=0.000 0;t3’=17.566 7,P3’=0.000 0),且实验组患者治疗后的提高幅度明显高于对比组(t1=5.417 2,P1=0.000 0;t2=2.276 4,P2=0.007 2;t3=3.757 1,P3=0.000 3);对比组不良反应发生率10.52%,与实验组不良反应发生率5.26%的比较(χ^2=0.238,P=0.394 9)。结论再生障碍性贫血患者采用环孢素软胶囊治疗的临床效果显著,不会增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cyclosporine soft capsule on aplastic anemia patients. Methods A total of 76 cases of aplastic anemia patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018. And in accordance with the digital meter method, they were divided into two groups. Control group received stetanol treatment, and the experimental group received stetanol and cyclosporine soft capsule treatment. The treatment effect, blood routine indexes change, and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the comparison group was 63.16%, which was lower than that in the experimental group(84.21%)(χ^2=4.342 9, P=0.037 2). The comparison of white blood cell count, hemoglobin and platelet level between the two groups before treatment(t1=0.414, P1=0.679 6;t2=0.019 8, P2=0.984 2;t3=0.195 9, P3=0.845 2);Aft er treatment, the white blood cell count, hemoglobin and platelet levels of the control group and the experimental group were significantly higher than before treatment(t1= 9.761 6, P1=0.000 0;t2=5.986 7, P2=0.000 0;t3=12.277 6, P3=0.000 0;t1’=16.948 8, P1’=0.000 0;t2’=9.609 9, P2’=0.000 0;t3’=17.566 7, P3’= 0.000 0), and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t1=5.417 2, P1=0.000 0;t2=2.276 4, P2=0.007 2;t3=3.757 1, P3=0.0003);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.52%, compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group of 5.26%(χ^2=0.238, P=0.394 9). Conclusion The clinical effect of cyclosporine soft capsule in aplastic anemia patients is significant, without increase in adverse reactions.
