摘要
目的研究分析毕节地区肾结石与牙结石的临床相关性。方法该次研究筛选2017年8月-2018年8月收治严重肾结石患者46例为观察组,同时筛选健康检查的42例轻微牙结石患者对照组,对两组研究对象的牙结石情况进行检查统计,并进行电解质检查(钾,钠,钙,氯离子浓度),对照组研究对象进行CT检查是否有肾结石。同时对以上两组患者的饮食结构(高油脂食物,新鲜绿色蔬菜,水果,豆制品,饮水量)进行调查分析。结果观察组肾结石46例患者,伴有严重牙结石42例,占91.30%;对照组42名轻微牙结石患者经CT检查肾结石发生2例,占4.76%;牙结石与肾结石的发生有相关性(χ^2=21.098 P<0.05)。观察组患者钠离子(143.28±12.37)mmol/L、氯离子(109.87±10.06)mmol/L指标高于对照组钠离子(139.79±11.093)mmol/L、氯离子(102.93±10.11)mmol/L;(t=6.792、6.115,P<0.05)。对两组患者的饮食结构进行相关调查,发现蔬菜、水果、动物肝脏、饮水量比较(χ^2=12.935、12.117、12.036、14.894、13.283,P<0.05)。结论肾结石的发生与牙结石的发生有相关性,这与患者的饮食结构有直接的关系,针对该次研究对毕节地区人们健康的生活方式指导,降低肾结石的发生,关注牙齿健康具有积极的意义。
Objective To study the relationship between renal calculi and dental calculi in Bijie area. Methods This study selected 46 patients with severe renal calculi from August 2017 to August 2018 as the observation group. And 42 patients with mild dental calculi were selected as control group. The dental calculi of the two groups were examined and counted, and electrolytes were examined(sodium, calcium, chloride concentration). The patients in the control group were examined by CT for kidney stones. At the same time, the dietary structure(high fat food, fresh green vegetables, fruit, bean products, drinking water) of the above two groups were investigated and analyzed. Results In 46 cases of renal calculi in the observation group, there were 42 cases(91.30%) had severe dental calculi and 42 cases(4.76%)had renal calculi with CT in the control group(χ^2=21.098,P<0.05). The indexes of sodium ion(143.28±12.37), chloride ion(109.87 ±10.06)mmol/L in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(139.79±11.093)mmol/L, chloride ion(102.93 ±10.11)mmol/L.(t =6.792, P <0.05). The investigation on the diet structure of the two groups showed that there were significant differences in vegetable, fruit, animal liver and drinking water(χ^2=12.935, 12.117,12.036, 14.894, 13.283, P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of renal calculi is related to the occurrence of dental calculi, which is directly related to the diet of patients. It also has a positive impact on the health of the teeth.
