酒精性心肌病1例报告

A Case Report of Alcoholic Cardiomyopathy

目的探讨酒精性心肌病(alcoholic cardiomyopathy,ACM)的诊断与治疗方法。方法选取一例曾在外院被误诊为扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM),后于2017年7月12日来该院就诊,经详询饮酒史并结合患者的症状、检查结果等确诊为酒精性心肌病的病例资料,总结酒精性心肌病的诊治经验。结果患者明确诊断酒精性心肌病后给予相应治疗,心脏结构与功能恢复到正常水平。结论酒精性心肌病需要及早诊断和治疗,经及时治疗后心脏结构与功能可恢复到正常水平。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy. Methods A case of alcoholic cardiomyopathy was admitted to our hospital on July 12, 2017, which was misdiagnosed as dilated cardiomyopathyin other hospitals. The experience of diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy was summarized by consulting the history of alcohol consumption and combining the patient’s symptoms and examination results. Results After definite diagnosis of alcoholic cardiomyopathy, the patients were treated accordingly, and their cardiac structure and function returned to normal level. Conclusion Alcoholic cardiomyopathy needs early diagnosis and treatment. The structure and function of the heart can be restored to normal level after timely treatment.
