摘要
目的研究与分析组合式外固定器在复杂四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月来该院进行治疗的患有复杂四肢骨折疾病的72例患者,该文采取回顾性分析法对这72例的临床治疗资料等情况进行回顾性分析,在这72例患者中,有43例患者为新鲜骨折,有15例患者为单纯骨折不愈合,有14例患者为骨折感染性不愈合,随后观察患者的骨折部位愈合情况以及并发症的发生情况,以此来评判患者的治疗效果。结果对这72例患者采取长达3~20个月的随访,平均随访时间为(12.33±1.54)个月,所有患者的骨折部位均达到了临床愈合的标准。43例新鲜骨折患者中,一期愈合的患者有39例,延迟愈合的患者有4例,骨折部位的愈合时间为3~5个月,平均愈合时间为(4.23±1.33)个月。15例单纯骨折不愈合患者中,术后骨折部位的愈合时间为6~15个月,平均愈合时间为(7.82±2.11)个月。14例感染性不愈合患者中,术后骨折部位的愈合时间为7~12个月,平均愈合时间为(8.53±1.12)个月。在这72例患者中,出现严重膝关节屈曲功能障碍的患者有5例,出现明显针道感染的患者有4例。结论组合式外固定器在复杂四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果显著,可以有效地缩短愈合时间,值得进一步推广与使用。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of combined external fixator in the treatment of complex limb fractures. Methods The clinical analysis data of 72 patients from January 2018 to January 2019 with complex limb fractures who were treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among these 72 patients, 43 patients had fresh fractures, 15 patients had simple fracture nonunion, 14 patients had fracture infective nonunion. The fracture healing and complications were observed to value the curative effect of patient’s treatment. Results The 72 patients were followed up for 3-20 months. The average follow-up time was(12.33±1.54) months. All patients had reached the standard of clinical healing. In the 43 patients with fresh fractures, 39 cases had one-stage healing and 4 cases had delayed union. The healing time of the fracture was 3-5 months, and the average healing time was(4.23±1.33) months.In 15 patients with simple fracture nonunion, the healing time of the postoperative fracture site was 6-15 months, and the average healing time was(7.82±2.11) months. In 14 patients with infectious nonunion, the healing time of the postoperative fracture site was 7-12 months, and the average healing time was(8.53±1.12) months. Of all the patients, 5 had severe knee flexion dysfunction and 4 had significant needle infection. Conclusion The combined external fixator has a significant effect in the treatment of complex limb fractures, which can effectively shorten the healing time and is worth further promotion and use.
