探讨保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术与改良根治术治疗绝经前乳腺癌患者的效果

To Explore the Effect of Breast-Conserving Breast Cancer Resection and Modified Radical Mastectomy in the Treatment of Premenopausal Breast Cancer

目的研究保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术与改良根治术治疗绝经前乳腺癌的不同效果。方法根据手术术式不同将该院2014年3月-2018年7月69例绝经前乳腺癌患者分为观察组34例、对照组35例,分别接受保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术、改良根治术,比较两组效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.88%,低于对照组22.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.0101,P=0.045 2);观察组术后3个月生活质量症状、功能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.112 5、7.971 7,P<0.05)。结论保留乳房的乳腺癌切除术通过将患者乳房保留,能够提升其术后生活质量,更有推广价值。

Objective To study the different effects of breast-conserving breast cancer resection and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of premenopausal breast cancer. Methods A total of 69 premenopausal breast cancer patients in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2018 were divided into observation group(34 cases) and control group(35 cases). Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%, which was lower than that in the control group(22.86%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.010 1, P=0.045 2). The quality of life and functional scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t =6.112 5, 7.971 7, P <0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving breast resection can improve the patients’quality of life through the conservation of breast, and has promotional value.
