穴位埋线联合中药桃红化瘀洗剂熏洗对气滞血瘀型嵌顿性环状混合痔术后肛门疼痛的干预效果分析

Intervention Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding with Fumigation by TCM Taohong Huayu Lotion in Postoperative Anal Pain of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Incarcerated Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的探讨对气滞血瘀型嵌顿性环状混合痔患者选择穴位埋线+中药桃红化瘀洗剂熏洗方法完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2016年12月-2018年5月收治的62例气滞血瘀型嵌顿性环状混合痔患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方案;对照组(31例):选择常规疗法+穴位埋线方法完成;观察组(31例):选择常规疗法+穴位埋线+中药桃红化瘀洗剂熏洗方法完成;对比治疗结果。结果观察组患者术后第2天肛门疼痛评分为(4.02±0.25)分,第5天为(2.59±0.29)分,第7天为(1.03±0.02)分,对照组患者术后第2天肛门疼痛评分为(6.35±0.33)分,第5天为(5.25±0.31)分,第7天为(4.33±0.22)分,观察组气滞血瘀型嵌顿性环状混合痔患者各时间点术后肛门疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=31.335 1,34.888 7,83.173 4,P<0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型混合痔患者在接受治疗期间,穴位埋线+中药桃红化瘀洗剂熏洗方法的有效应用,对于患者术后肛门疼痛缓解,效果显著,最终对于气滞血瘀型嵌顿性环状混合痔患者的早期康复,奠定基础。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with incarcerated circumferential mixed hemorrhoid due to qi stagnation and blood stasis by acupoint catgut embedding in combination with fumigation by traditional Chinese medicine Taohong Huayu lotion. Methods A total of 62 patients with incarcerated circumferential mixed hemorrhoid due to qi stagnation and blood stasis admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to May 2018 were selected as experimental objects. They were divided into two groups by random draw, and then, the treatment of each group were confirmed. Control group(31 cases) received conventional therapy combined with acupoint catgut embedding;and study group(31 cases) received conventional therapy combined with acupoint catgut embedding and fumigation by traditional Chinese medicine Taohong Huayu lotion. The treatment results were compared. Results On the 2nd, 5th and 7th postoperative day, the score of anal pain in the observation group was(4.02±0.25)points,(2.59±0.29)points and(1.03 ±0.02)points, respectively. And the score of anal pain in the control group was(6.35 ±0.33)points,(5.25±0.31)points and(4.33±0.22)points. The anal pain score of the patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type incarcerated annular mixed hemorrhoids in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group.(t=31.335 1, 34.88 7, 83.173 4,P<0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoid due to qi stagnation and blood stasis, the application of acupoint catgut embedding combined with fumigation by traditional Chinese medicine Taohong Huayu lotion is significantly effective for the relief of postoperative anal pain. And it lays a foundation for the early rehabilitation of the patients.
