基于快速康复理念的多学科协作模式在髋膝关节置换围手术期护理中的应用效果

The Effect of Multidisciplinary Cooperation Model Based on the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation in Perioperative Nursing of Hip and Knee Replacement

目的分析针对髋膝关节置换术患者围术期内在快速康复理念下采取多学科协作护理模式的应用效果。方法以该院2017年4月-2018年6月行髋膝关节置换术的患者共计84例作为该次的研究样本,以随机数字法分组,并依次分别纳入观察组、对照组。对照组患者均给予常规护理,观察组患者则采取快速康复理念指导下的多学科协作护理模式。结果观察组术后Harris评分、住院时间及治疗费用、护理满意度均优于对照组(t=36.787 0、P=0.000 1;t=15.576 6、P=0.000 1;t=25.060 2、P=0.000 1;t=17.970 5、P=0.000 1);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(χ^2=11.494 7、P=0.000 7)。结论对于接受髋膝关节置换术的患者于围手术期内在快速康复理念指导下,采取多学科协作护理模式,有利于降低患者术后并发症风险并促进关节功能恢复,有助于提升患者术后康复进程,该护理模式值得应用并推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode under the concept of rapid rehabilitation during the perioperative period of patients with hip and knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent hip and knee arthroplasty from April 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and the patients in the observation group adopted a multidisciplinary collaborative care model under the guidance of the rapid rehabilitation concept. Results The Harris score, hospitalization time, treatment cost and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(t=36.787 0, P=0.000 1;t=15.576 6, P=0.000 1;t=25.060 2, P=0.000 1;t=17.970 5, P=0.000 1). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(χ^2=11.444 7, P =0.000 7). Conclusion For patients undergoing hip and knee arthroplasty, under the guidance of the rapid rehabilitation concept during the perioperative period, multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode is beneficial to reduce the risk of postoperative complications and promote the recovery of joint function. After the recovery process, the care model is worthy of application and promotion.
