In the era of rapid development of society, the enterprise innovation strategy has become an important strategic deployment of modern enterprise development.The value of human capital has become increasinglyprominent and its dominant position has been rising,which means that the impact of human resource strategicmanagement on the development of enterprises is deepening. Under such a newsituation, it is imperative to propose a strategy for enterprise human resource management. This paper discusses the importance of human resource strategic management, the current shortcomings of Chinese enterprises in human resource strategic management and the corresponding innovation strategies, for reference.
