工程造价管理是工程项目建设过程中的重要组成部分,其是施工单位盈利的重要手段,因此需要加强工程造价管理与成本控制的研究。基于此,论文从工程项目建设的投资决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段等方面出发,对施工单位的工程造价管理及成本控制进行了分析,以供参考。

Engineering costmanagement is an important part in the construction process of engineering projects, and it is an importantmeans for the construction unit tomake profits, so it is necessary to strengthen the research of engineering costmanagement and cost control. Based on this, this paper analyzes the engineering cost management and cost control of the construction unit from the investment decision stage, design stage,constructionstage and completion stage of the project construction, for reference.
