在市政工程项目管理中引入价值分析方法,有助于提高市政项目管理的科学性和规范性,论文对价值分析相关的理论内涵和意义进行了简要分析,着重探讨了价值分析在市政工程项目管理中的具体应用情况,以供参考。
The introduction of value analysismethod in themanagement of municipal engineering projects is helpful to improve the scientific and normativemanagement of municipal projects. This paper briefly analyzes the theoretical connotation and significance of value analysis, and emphatically discusses the specific applicationofvalue analysis in the management of municipal engineering projects, for reference.
