The social environmental monitoring agency plays an important role in the environmental monitoringwork. The effective quality control method can ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, representativeness and traceability of the monitoring data issued by it. This paper fully recognizes the characteristics of environmental monitoring, and attaches great importance to the quality control measures of source control, monitoring and on-site control and data reporting quality control, that is, pre-control, in-process control and post-control, and regular internal flight inspection.
