现阶段,我国已进入了改革开放的新时期,加强交通基础设施建设并对其运用发展进行必要的规划管理能够为地方经济的发展注入新动力。论文首先分析了国内铁路运输的组织模式结构,并对影响铁路运输组织管理的因素进行了分析探究,之后提出了铁路运输组织高效管理的策略,希望对进一步推进相关工作的优化改革、提升铁路服务质量有所帮助。

At present, China has entered a newperiod of the reformand opening up. Strengthening the construction of traffic infrastructure and carrying out necessary planning and management for its application and development can inject new impetus into the development of local economy. This paper firstly analyzes the organizational structure of domestic railway transport, analyzes and explores the factors affecting the organization andmanagement of railway transport, and then puts forward the strategies of efficientmanagement of railway transport organization, hopingtohelpfur the rpromote the optimization and reform of relatedworkand improve thequalityof railway service.
