Governance View in the New Era——From the Perspective of Social Design of Public Administration

论文在简要阐述社会设计途径与治理概念的基础上,得出社会设计途径对治理理论的三点启示:有助于维护社会各部门之间关系的平衡;有助于促进从科层统治到民主治理的转型;有助于非营利组织健康发展。论文从公共行政学社会设计的视角对新时代的治理观进行了分析。

On the basis of briefly expounding the concept of social design approach and governance, this paper draws three enlightenments of social design approach to governance theory: helping to maintain the balance of relations between various sectors of society, promote the transformation frombureaucratic rule to democratic governance and promote non-profit organizations to develop healthily. This paper analyzes the conceptofgovernance inthenewera fromtheperspective of social designofpublic administration.
