摘要
落实立德树人的根本任务,关键在于明确“如何培养人”,实现全程育人,全方位育人。德育活动区别于学科德育,是活动育人的重要载体。在纵向街接上,要根据不同学段的特点,注重活动目标的街接性,突出活动形式的适切性,保障活动实施的有效性。以“知行合一”为目标,通过“主知型”与“主行型”两套德育活动设计思路,使学生实现道德角色的自我构建。
The critical point of implementing fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people is to clearly define“how to cultivate people”and achieve all-directional and whole progress in education eventually.Moral education activity is different from subject moral education.It is an important carrier of cultivating people in activities.In the aspect of vertical cohesion,we should pay attention to the coherence of objectives,the appropriateness of forms and the effectiveness of activities according to the characteristics of different aged students.With the goal of“the unity of knowledge and action”,we should use two strategies which are called as“knowledge-oriented type”and“practiceoriented type”to design moral education activities and make students realize the self-construction of moral roles.
