摘要
百日咳是一种通过呼吸道传播、人群普遍易感的细菌感染性疾病。近年来,各国百日咳发病率尤其是发达国家呈上升趋势,成为影响人类健康的重要传染病之一。该文就百日咳的流行病学特征、临床特点、实验室检查、诊断标准、治疗及预防等方面进行综述,以提高临床医生对百日咳的认识。
Pertussis is a bacterial infectious disease respiratory tract.Most individuals are susceptible to this disease.Recently, the morbidity of pertussis is reported to be increasing globally, especially in developed countries and has become one of the important infectious diseases that affect public health.This review summarizes the progress of pertussis in epidemiology, clinical features, laboratory investigation, diagnostic criteria, treatment and prevention, in order to raise public awareness of whooping cough.
