摘要
研究黑豆素蛋白粉对盐酸洛哌丁胺诱导的便秘小鼠润肠通便功能及对正常小鼠的游泳耐力和相关生理指标的影响。将体质量为18~20g的健康雄性ICR小鼠384只,随机分配成2组(1组168只、2组216只)。1组用于小鼠润肠通便实验:正常组、模型组、阳性对照组1、阳性对照组2和黑豆素蛋白粉低、中、高3个剂量组,连续灌胃15d受试样品,测定各组小鼠的肠推进率、5h内首次排便时间、排便粒数及粪便质量;2组用于小鼠抗疲劳实验:正常组、阳性对照组1、阳性对照组2和黑豆素蛋白粉低、中、高3个剂量组,连续灌胃30d受试样品,测定各组小鼠的负重游泳时间及血清尿素、血乳酸和肝糖原水平。结果表明,1组黑豆素蛋白粉能够显著缩短小鼠首次排便时间、增加排便粒数及粪便质量;2组黑豆素蛋白粉可以显著增加小鼠游泳时间、降低血清尿素及血乳酸水平,提高肝糖原水平。结果表明,黑豆素蛋白粉具有良好的润肠通便及抗疲劳功效。
Study on the laxative function of the black soybean protein powder in the mice with constipation induced by loperamide hydrochloride and the effect of swimming endurance and related physiological indexes in normal mice. Totally 384 healthy male ICR mice with a body mass of 18~20 g were randomly assigned into 2 groups(168 in experimental group 1 and 216 in experimental group 2). In the experiment group 1, mice were subjected to laxative experiment: the normal group, the model group, the positive control group 1, the positive control group 2, black soybean protein powder group respectively at low, medium and high dose, and gave the test substances continuously for 15 days, and the intestinal propulsion rate, the first defecation time within 5 hours, the number of defecation particles and the weight of feces were determined of each group of mice. In the experiment group 2, mice were subjected to antifatigue experiment: the normal group, the positive control group 1, the positive control group 2, black soybean protein powder group respectively at low, medium and high dose, and gave the test substances continuously for 30 days, and the weight-bearing swimming time and serum urea, blood lactate and liver glycogen levels of each group of mice were determined. Results showed that black soybean protein powder can significantly shorten the first defecation time, increase the number of defecation particles and the weight of feces in the experiment group 1, and can significantly increase swimming time in mice, reduce serum urea and blood lactate levels, and increase liver glycogen levels in the experiment group 2. The black soybean protein powder has a good laxative and anti-fatigue effect.
