摘要
作为绿色润滑剂的多元醇酯基础油具有诸多优异的性能,可用做二冲程油、可生物降解液压油和冷冻机油等,还可用做抗燃液压油,超高速发动机润滑油,空气压缩机油、齿轮油、仪器用油、工业用油等。其合成方法主要是直接酯化法和酯交换法,目前大部分关于酯交换反应集中于脂肪酸酯与甲醇、乙醇等低碳醇类的酯交换研究,文章主要介绍国内外利用酯交换法合成多元醇酯基础油的研究现状,为利用酯交换合成多元醇酯基础油的研究提供参考。
As a kind of green lubricant,the polyol esters base oil has many excellent properties. It can be used as two-stroke oil,biodegradable hydraulic oil and refrigeration oil. It can also be used as anti-combustion hydraulic oil,ultra-high speed engine oil,air compressor oil,gear oil,instrument oil,industrial oil and so on. The synthesis methods are mainly direct esterification and transesterification. Most of the current transesterification reactions focus on the transesterification of fatty acid esters with lower alcohols such as methanol and ethanol. This paper mainly introduces the research status of the synthesis of polyol esters base oil by transesterification at home and abroad. It provides a reference for the study of the synthesis of polyol esters base oil by transesterification.
