摘要
发动机油的低温流动性能是评价发动机油使用性能的重要指标,也是发动机油出现质量问题的一个重要原因。文章对发动机油的倾点、低温冷启动黏度、低温泵送黏度和凝胶指数进行了总结,着重对低温泵送性能和凝胶指数的国内外标准和测试方法进行了比较归纳,对影响低温泵送性能的因素进行了文献综述,试验、对比并且总结了黏度指数改进剂类型对低温泵送性能的影响。
The low temperature fluidity is an important performance index for evaluating the performance of engine oil,and it is also an important reason for the quality problems of engine oil. In this paper,the pour point,CCS apparent viscosity,low temperature pumping viscosity and gel index of engine oil are summarized. ASTM and Chinese standards and testing methods for cryogenic pumping performance and gelation index are compared,and the influencing factors on low temperature pumping performance are analyzed. The effects of different types of viscosity index improvers on pumping performance are experimentally compared and discussed.
