摘要在浙江与上海的新高考综合试点改革中,学生"弃选物理"的功利主义行为折射出个体理性与集体非理性的矛盾,专业科目选考设置面临"有"与"无"、"和"与"或",不同院校同一专业科目选考要求不同,同一院校同一专业在不同省市科目选考要求不同的矛盾。2018年《普通高校本科招生专业选考科目要求指引(试行)》的出台,可以助力解决"弃选物理"以及专业科目选考设置矛盾问题。作为"两依据"具体体现的"高考+学考"科目组合,究竟如何"增强与高中学习的关联度"尚可进行理论上的检视。建议上海、浙江两地适度扩大等级赋分的分值区间。江苏、广东等八省市最新发布的高考综合改革方案,可以从根本上解决物理选考人数下滑问题,并且规避了"一科两考"的命题风险。
