女性患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况和耐药性分析 被引量:8

Analysis of the infection status and drug resistance of genitourinary tract in female patients with Mycoplasma infection

摘要 目的了解本地区女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染的流行特征及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析2014年-2017年本院就诊疑似泌尿生殖道支原体感染女性患者的临床资料。结果 3 769例疑似泌尿生殖道支原体感染患者,1 622例(43.0%)支原体培养阳性,Uu单独感染率最高(33.8%),本地区女性支原体感染率呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.01),不同季节间夏季感染率最高(57.6%),感染人群主要集中在21岁~39岁(52.0%),不同职业间服务业从业者感染率最高(56.2%),不同文化程度间小学及以下患者感染率最高(63.9%)。药敏试验结果表明,3种支原体感染类型对交沙霉素、多西环素和美满霉素的耐药率均<10.0%。结论支原体感染与季节、年龄、文化程度、职业等有关,本地区女性支原体感染率呈逐年上升趋势,并以Uu单独感染为主,交沙霉素、多西环素、美满霉素可作为本地区治疗支原体感染的首选药物。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of urogenital mycoplasma infection and the resistance to common antibiotics among female patients in the region to provide a basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods The clinical data of female patients with suspected genitourinary tract infections in our hospital from 2014 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 3 769 patients were suspected genitourinary tract infection, 1 622 (43. 0%) were positive for mycoplasma culture, and Uu had the highest infection rate (33. 8%). The infection rate of female mycoplasma in the region increased year by year ( P <0. 01 ), and the summer infection rate was the highest (57. 6%) in different seasons. The infected population was mainly concentrated in 21 to 39 years old (52.0%). The infection rate of service practitioners in different occupations was the highest (56. 2%), and the infection rate of primary school and below was the highest (63. 9%) among different educational levels. The results of drug susceptibility test showed that the resistance rates of three mycoplasma infection types to josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline were all < 10. 0%. Conclusion Mycoplasma infection was related to season, age, education level, occupation and so on, the infection rate of Mycoplasma in the area was increasing year by year, and Uu single infection was the main infection. Josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline can be used as the drug of choice for the treatment of mycoplasma infection in the region.
