脐带血白介素-6和降钙素原水平在早期识别早产儿败血症中的应用研究

Application research of interleukin-6 and procalcitonin levels in umbilical cord blood in early identification of septicemia in premature infants

目的探讨脐带血白介素-6(IL-6)和降钙素原(PCT)水平在早期识别早产儿败血症中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年5月-2018年5月台州恩泽医疗(集团)恩泽医院和台州医院新生儿科早产儿败血症和非败血症组各30例,对2组脐带血IL-6和PCT水平进行检测,并与血培养结果进行相关性分析。结果败血症组脐带血IL-6、PCT水平均高于非败血症组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为11.17、3.72,P<0.01);脐带血IL-6和PCT水平与血培养呈正相关(r值分别为0.83、0.57,P<0.01)。结论脐带血IL-6和PCT水平可用于早期判断早产儿败血症。

Objective To study the value of interleukin-6 and procalcitonin levels in umbilical cord blood in early identification of septicemia in premature infants. Methods Sixty preterm infants hospitalized in neonatology departments of Enze Hospital, Taizhou Enze Medical Center and Taizhou Hospital were retrospectively analyzed from May 2017 to May 2018, with 30 cases each in Septicemia group and Non septicemia group. Then the levels of interleukin-6 and procalcitonin in umbilical cord blood were compared between the two groups, which were conducted for correlation analysis. Results The levels of interleukin-6 and procalcitonin in umbilical cord blood were all significantly higher in the septicemia group than that in non septicemia group(t=11.17, t=3.72, P<0.01);the levels of interleukin-6 and procalcitonin in umbilical cord blood were positively correlated with blood culture finding(r=0.83, r=0.57, P<0.01). Conclusion The levels of interleukin-6 and procalcitonin in umbilical cord blood can early identify septicemia in premature infants.
