鲍曼不动杆菌临床株检测分布及紫外线照射对其灭菌效果的分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨本院鲍曼不动杆菌感染的分布和耐药情况,并采取有效的院内感染预防措施。方法选取本院住院与门诊2016年1月-2017年6月检出的鲍曼不动杆菌319株,对菌株的科室分布、分离部位、耐药情况进行分析,并对呼吸内科采用延长近距离紫外线消毒有效性进行分析。结果 319株鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布科室为ICU、呼吸内科病房、烧伤科病房;2017年与2016年同期耐药情况比较耐药率稍有上升;使用紫外线灯近距离(0.5m),进行8 h消毒有效。结论 ICU和呼吸内科是鲍曼不动杆菌感染的最高发病区,在呼吸内科和ICU应采取有效消毒隔离措施,对降低院内感染的发生率有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii infection in our hospital, and to take effective measures to prevent nosocomial infection. Methods 319 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii collected from inpatients and outpatients during January 2016-June 2017 were conducted for the analysis of department distribution, separation site and drug resistance. The effectiveness of extended disinfection of ultraviolet rays in respiratory medicine was analyzed. Results 319 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were mainly distributed in ICU, respiratory ward and burn department. The drug resistance rate increased slightly in 2017 compared with that in 2016. Using ultraviolet lamp(0.5 m) for 8 h disinfection is effective. Conclusion ICU and respiratory department are the highest incidence areas of Acinetobacter baumannii infection. Effective disinfection and isolation measures should be taken in respiratory department and ICU, which is of great significance to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
