语言的变化涉及语汇、语法和语音三方面,其中语汇和人们生活之间的联系最为密切,因而最容易受到社会生活的影响而产生变化。语汇和词义往往随着社会生活的变化而萌发、发展、消亡,而当代的信息和互联网技术进一步加剧了语汇的变化。根据认知学的图式理论和关联理论,译者在翻译过程中需要审察源语语汇的图式,分析该图式可能允准的不同例示,并根据语言使用事件的语境找出具有最佳关联的目的语例示,最终得出合宜的译文。
