抗生素-重金属复合污染对土壤中细菌耐药的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目前复合污染环境下耐药细菌在数量、种类以及抗性强度上都显著增大,多重耐药菌株也高频率检出,甚至出现了能够抵抗绝大多数抗生素的"超级细菌",因此抗生素-重金属复合污染对环境中细菌耐药的影响更需高度重视。就我国土壤环境中抗生素-重金属复合污染的现状,对抗生素与重金属复合污染的对土壤微生物耐药效应研究进展进行了综述,并对该领域需要进一步研究的问题进行展望,对于消除环境中的微生物耐药性具有重要意义。 At present, the number, type and intensity of resistance of drug-resistant bacteria are significantly increased with the appearing of compound pollution. The multi-drug resistant strains are also detected at a high frequency, even "super-bacteria" that can resist most antibiotics emerged in the environment. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the effects of combined pollution of antibiotics and heavy metals on soil environment.Microbial resistance was reviewed based on the research on combined pollution of antibiotics and heavy metals in soil environment in China. The further research on the effects of antibiotic and heavy metals contamination was prospected,which would show important significance for eliminating bacterial resistance in the environment.
