补肾调经汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕

Therapeutic Effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨补肾调经汤联合常规西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的效果。方法 90例PCOS不孕患者单盲随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾调经汤治疗,均持续治疗3个月经周期,比较2组治疗效果。结果 2组治疗后中医症状评分均有显著下降(P <0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更为显著(P <0.05);2组治疗后血清E2升高,LH、T表达显著下降(P <0.05),且观察组血清LH、T较对照组下降更为显著(P <0.05);观察组治疗后卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度较对照组升高显著(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%(P <0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论补肾调经汤可有效缓解PCOS不孕患者临床症状和调节性激素水平,促进卵泡发育和改善子宫状况,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with western medicine on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods 90 cases of PCOS infertility were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing Decoction on the basis of the control group, all of which lasted for 3 menstrual cycles. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, higher than 82.22% of the control group(P < 0.05). Results The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05), especially in the observation group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum E2 increased, and the expressions of LH and T decreased significantly(P < 0.05), especially in the observation group(P < 0.05). The follicular diameter and endometrial thickness were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%, higher than 82.22% of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Bushen Tiaojing Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and regulate the level of sex hormones in infertility patients caused by PCOS, promote follicular development and improve the condition of uterus.
