摘要
目的:建立不同产地苍术药材的红外指纹图谱,为苍术药材的产地鉴别和质量评价提供新的思路和方法。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR)对国内8省份18产区的苍术样品进行分析,通过红外图谱的解析表征、相似度对比、主成分分析及聚类分析等方法,建立不同产地苍术药材的红外指纹图谱,并探讨将其运用于产地鉴别的可行性。结果:不同产地苍术的红外图谱相似度较高,但运用适当的计量学方法可实现苍术的产地鉴别;红外图谱解析、相关系数分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等方法可从不同层面对苍术样品进行分类归属。结论:红外指纹图谱技术结合计量学方法对苍术药材进行产地鉴别具有较高的可行性,本研究为苍术的产地溯源和质量控制提供了一种新的思路。
Objective:To establish the infrared fingerprint of Atractylodes lancea from different producing areas in order to provide a new technology and method for the identification and quality control of Atractylodes lancea.Methods:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze Atractylodes lancea samples in 18 producing areas from eight provinces in China,through the methods of analytical characterization,similarity characterization,principal component analysis and cluster analysis of infrared spectrum,the infrared fingerprint was established and the feasibility of identifying Atractylodes lancea from different areas was discussed.Results:The infrared spectra of Atractylodes lancea from different producing areas showed high similarity,but the origin identification and traceability could be realized by proper chemometrics;the methods of spectrogram analysis,correlation coefficient analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis could classify the samples of Atractylodes lancea from different producing areas correctly.Conclusion:The technology of infrared fingerprint analysis combined with metrological method is applicable for the identification of Atractylodes lancea origin,this study provides a new idea for the origin traceability and quality control of Atractylodes lancea.
