三点金地上部分的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from the Acrial Parts of Desmodium triflorum

目的:研究三点金地上部分的化学成分。方法:三点金地上部分乙酸乙酯萃取物采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、反相硅胶等柱色谱层析技术进行分离纯化,最终得到单体化合物。结果:从三点金地上部分中分离纯化得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:牡荆素(1)、荭草苷(2)、异牡荆素(3)、异荭草苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、刺芒柄花素(8)、毛蕊异黄酮(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、β-胡萝卜苷(11)、豆甾醇(12)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Ojective:To study the chemical constituents from the acrial parts of Desmodium triflorum.Methods:The ethyl acetate extracts from the acrial parts of Desmodium triflorum were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase silica gel,and the purified compounds were obtained.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as vitexin(1),orientin(2),isovitexin(3),isoorientin(4),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(5),kaempferol(6),quercetin(7),formononetin(8),calycosin(9),β-sitosterol(10),β-daucosterol(11),stigmasterol(12).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
