摘要 目的:研究黎药艾纳香的抗菌活性成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱、高效液相色谱和波谱学技术对艾纳香进行系统化学成分分离和鉴定。结果:从黎药艾纳香中共分离得到12个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:6,7-二羟基香豆素(1)、蚱蜢酮(2)、反式对羟基桂皮酸(3)、双(4-羟苄基)醚(4)、原儿茶酸(5)、原儿茶醛(6)、3-(hydroxyucetyl)indole(7)、咖啡酸乙酯(8)、sterebin A(9)、eugenyl-O-β-D-glucoside(10)、4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenol glucoside(11)、blumeaene K(12)。抗细菌活性评价显示化合物4对枯草芽孢杆菌具有较强抑制作用,MIC值为64μg/mL,化合物1、4、5、6、8、11、12分别对大肠埃希菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有不同程度抑制活性。结论:其中,化合物1~11为首次从该植物中分离得到,该研究有助于阐明艾纳香抗菌药效物质基础。 Objective:To study the antimicrobial active constituents of Li minority herb Blumea balsamifera.Methods:Various chromatographic technique including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-A gel were adopted to isolate and identify the compounds from Blumea balsamifera.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as 6,7-dihydroxycoumarin(1),grasshopper ketone(2),trans-p-hydroxycinamic acid(3),bis(4-acrinyl) ether(4),protocatechuic acid(5),protocatechualdehyde(6),3-(hydroxyucetyl) indole(7),caffeoylefhylesfer(8),sterebin A(9),eugenyl-O-β-D-glucoside(10),4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenol glucoside(11),blumeaene K(12).Antimicrobial assay exhibited that compound 4 inhibited the growth of Bacillus subtilis obviously,the MIC value was 64 μg/mL,and compounds 1,4~6,8,11,12 displayed differential inhibitory activities against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis,respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1~11 are isolated from Blumea balsamifera for the first time,and the study is helpful to clarify the active ingredients of this herb.
