摘要
以餐厨垃圾为原料,在微波辅助下直接制备生物柴油,通过单因素实验优化生物柴油的制备条件,同时利用气相色谱-质谱联用分析产物的组成及含量。实验结果表明,在餐厨垃圾样品质量为5g、反应时间为20min、反应温度为55℃、浓硫酸质量为2.0g、甲醇用量为55mL、微波功率为700W时,酯化反应的最高转化率为65.11%,且产物中脂肪酸甲酯质量分数达到97.03%。
Biodiesel is directly produced from kitchen wastes with assistance of microwave. Production parameters are optimized via single factor experiment analysis, and the composition and content of biodiesel are analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Experimental results show that the maximum conversion rate can reach 65. 11% and the content of fatty acid methyl ester in biodiesel can reach 97. 03% when the amount of kitchen wastes is 5 g, the reaction lasts for 20 min, the temperature is set at 55℃,the amount of sulfuric acid is 2.0 g,the dosage of methanol is 55 mL and microwave power is 700 W.
