用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效评析

Analysis of the curative effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法:从2015年4月至2018年5月期间在成都市双流区第一人民医院就诊的冠心病患者中选取142例患者为研究对象。将其随机分为参照组和治疗组。单用曲美他嗪对参照组患者进行治疗,用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对治疗组患者进行治疗。用药1个月后,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:与参照组患者相比,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率较高,用药后其心绞痛发作的频率较低,其心绞痛持续的时间较短,其LVD、LVPW均较小,其LVEF较高,其血清hs-CRP、IL-6及Fib的水平均较低,P <0.05。用药期间两组患者用药不良反应的总发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的效果确切、安全性高,可有效改善患者的心功能,减轻其机体的炎症反应和心绞痛的症状。

objective: to investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods: 142 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to chengdu shuangliu district first people’s hospital from April 2015 to May 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with trimetazidine alone and the treatment group with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine. After 1 month, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the treatment group, the frequency of angina attack was lower, the duration of angina was shorter, the LVD and LVPW were smaller, the LVEF was higher, and the serum hs-crp, il-6 and Fib levels were lower in the treatment group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was P > 0.05. Conclusion: atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine is effective and safe in the treatment of coronary heart disease, and can effectively improve the patients’ heart function, reduce the body’s inflammatory response and angina symptoms.
