阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果评析

Effect of azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

目的:探讨用阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取近年来阆中市人民医院收治的116例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同,将这些患儿分为红霉素组(ETY组,n=58)与阿奇霉素组(ATY组,n=58)。对两组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,加用红霉素对ETY组患儿进行治疗,加用阿奇霉素对ATY组患儿进行治疗,然后比较两组患儿治疗的总有效率、临床症状和体征缓解的时间、住院的时间及其不良反应的发生率。结果:ATY组患儿治疗的总有效率高于ETY组患儿,P <0.05。治疗后,ATY组患儿退热的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、肺部阴影消失的时间及住院的时间均短于ETY组患儿,P <0.05。在用药期间,ATY组患儿不良反应的发生率低于ETY组患儿,P <0.05。结论:在对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿进行常规治疗的同时,加用阿奇霉素对其进行治疗可显著提高其疗效,缩短其临床症状和体征缓解的时间,且用药的安全性较高。

objective: to investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods: 116 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to langzhong people’s hospital in recent years were selected as the study subjects. These children were divided into erythromycin group (n=58) and azithromycin group (ATY group, n=58) according to the treatment method. Routine treatment was given to both groups. Children in the ETY group were treated with erythromycin, children in the ATY group were treated with azithromycin, and overall efficacy, length of clinical and physical remission, length of hospital stay, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of ATY group was higher than that of ETY group, P < 0.05. After treatment, the duration of antipyretic symptoms, cough symptoms, lung shadow and hospitalization in the ATY group was shorter than that in the ETY group, P < 0.05. During the administration, the incidence of adverse reactions in the ATY group was lower than that in the ETY group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: in addition to routine treatment for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, azithromycin treatment can significantly improve the efficacy, shorten the time for the remission of clinical symptoms and signs, and the drug safety is higher.
