摘要
目的:分析对2016年至2018年四川省某高校的大学生进行乙型肝炎病毒检测的情况。方法:将2016年至2018年四川省某高校的14 381名新生作为研究对象。在这些新生入校时,使用ELISA(酶联免疫法)对其进行乙肝五项检测。然后,分析这14 381名新生乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)的检出率、其中大三阳(HBsAg、乙肝e抗原、乙肝核心抗体三项指标均呈阳性)和小三阳(HBsAg、乙肝e抗体、乙肝核心抗体三项指标均呈阳性)人数的占比及其乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)的检出率。结果:2016年4182名新生HBsAg的检出率为2.82%,其中大三阳和小三阳人数的占比分别为38.13%、45.76%,其HBsAb的检出率为52.61%。2017年4692名新生HBsAg的检出率为2.22%,其中大三阳和小三阳人数的占比分别为55.7%、37.5%,其HBsAb的检出率为50.31%。2018年5507名新生HBsAg的检出率为2.07%,其中大三阳和小三阳人数的占比分别为39.4%、43.8%,其HBsAb的检出率为34.94%。结论:2016年至2018年四川省某高校大学生乙型肝炎病毒的感染率逐步降低,其乙肝表面抗体的检出率呈下降趋势,应加强对其进行乙型肝炎疫苗的查漏补种工作。
objective: to analyze the detection of hepatitis b virus among college students in sichuan province from 2016 to 2018. Methods: a total of 14 381 freshmen from a university in sichuan province from 2016 to 2018 were selected as the study subjects. At the time of admission, the freshmen were tested for hepatitis b by ELISA. Then, analysis the 14 381 freshmen of hepatitis b surface antigen (HBsAg) detection rate, including big 3 this world (HBsAg), hepatitis b e antigen and antibody of second liver core three indicators are positive) and small (HBsAg, antibody of second liver e, antibody of second liver core three indicators are positive) the number of proportion and the detection of antibody of second liver surface (HBsAb). Results: in 2016, the detection rate of 4182 freshmen HBsAg was 2.82%, among which 38.13% of the freshmen were from big and 45.76% were from small, and the detection rate of HBsAb was 52.61%. In 2017, the detection rate of 4692 freshmen HBsAg was 2.22%, among which, the proportion of the number of students with major, minor and minor positive diseases was 55.7% and 37.5% respectively, and the detection rate of HBsAb was 50.31%. In 2018, the detection rate of 5,507 freshmen HBsAg is 2.07%, among which the proportion of the number of the three positive and small positive students is 39.4% and 43.8% respectively, and the detection rate of HBsAb is 34.94%. Conclusion: from 2016 to 2018, the infection rate of hepatitis b virus among college students in sichuan province gradually decreased, and the detection rate of hepatitis b surface antibody showed a downward trend. Therefore, the detection and reseeding of hepatitis b vaccine should be strengthened.
